The three topics for thesis project are as follows:
1. Five Star Hotel in Hawks Bay
Problem/ Background:
Hawks Bay near Karachi city is a very beautiful sea shore; it is still in natural form. But our government has not taken any advantage of that site, whose site is very rare and beautiful. So, I want to build a five star hotel over there, because Karachi is the biggest city of Pakistan, which has sea shores. The hotel will face fascinating sea water and it would create an attention for foreigners as well to come there. It will increase foreign exchange which is good for our economy. Moreover, there is no hotel on that site for the tourists (local and foreigner) who come there every year. So, this hotel will not only serve as luxury but it is the need of that area.
2. Cancer hospital For Children.
Problem/ Background:
Cancer is very wide spreading disease in our age. In a recent research it is discovered that one out of every four persons die with cancer in America. It is so common that even children are not saving from this disease. There are a lot of cancer types, out of which some are curable and the rest of the types are not 100% curable. In our country there are a few hospitals specific for cancer e.g. Shaukat Khanam Memorial Cancer Hospital, which is not enough. At younger ages and early stages cancer is curable in some types. Therefore, there is a need to build a cancer hospital for children which deals only children for cancer. By doing this we can give proper treatment to the children and save their lives.
3. Drug De- Addiction & Rehabilitation Center
Problem/ Background:
In our society there are a lot of social and economic problems, like unemployment, poverty, limited resources, etc. Due to this situation, our youth is in great tension and under pressure. So, our youth feel frustration when they don’t have enough opportunities. They use drugs in order to overcome such kind of situation. So, I want to build a youth rehabilitation center where youth is given proper treatment to avoid drugs. I will also provide some place for physical exercises in this youth club to divert their attention from drugs to peaceful life.
By doing this we can save our youth from doing all these evil things and guide them towards healthy life. Because youth is the asset of our country.
