TITLE: Reinvention of multidimensional core, enhancing lifestylein skyscraper
(Multifunctional complex)
INTRODUCTION:
A mix used condensed structure with in a single building using generative and organizational properties of area While the design is contextual to Saudi Arabia, it also represents an evolution and a refinement of an architectural continuum of skyscraper design.Jeddah is a Saudi Arabian city located on the coast of the Red Sea and is the major urban center of western Saudi Arabia. It is the largest city in Makkah Province, the largest sea port on the Red Sea.
Regionally, Jeddah is a primary recreational city of the country. Jeddah was named a second-tier beta world city, according to Globalization and World Cities Study Group and Network (GaWC).
FEASIBILITY:
The world-class architecture and amenities of the new development are intended to draw international business to the Saudi Arabia.
Investigating the history and idea of metabolism in Architecture; and trying to restore this concept back into the design of livingand social spaces.A focus on understanding and responding to, through architectural intervention, a people’s basic needs in order to thrive, thus improving their quality of life.

OBJECTIVES:
My main intention for this multifunctional complex is to bring awareness in inhabitant of area about communal activities.I want to impress on visitor’emotions through various spatial experiences ultimately making a lasting realization of visitors that life has been and so drastically different from their own.
The aim of the project is to relate the transition of the individual to architectural form, material and organizational change. The advanced and unique urban fabric of Middle east allows for experimentation of these goals.The conception of the project proposes the creation of a mixed-use complex composed of office buildings, entertainment and sport facilities, new residences and number of ancillary activities.
Scheme of the complex takes in account the public transportation system and allows providing convenient walking distance to bus stops.The project proposes to develop local streets and a good system of pedestrian paths leading to housing blocks, office buildings and shopping centers.The project tackles the task of the arising esthetical qualities of the reconstructed area through involving into the city skyline new high rise buildings.

TITLE: Exploring the Joy of luxury
(Ski or mountain Resort)
INTRODUCTION:
To enhance the recreational activities in the capital city of Islamabad.The population of the city has increased from 100,000 in 1951 to 1.21 million in 2009.Islamabad has attracted people from all over Pakistan, making it the most cosmopolitan city in the country.
FEASIBILITY:
I am looking for innovative concepts and materials as well as the vernacular in order to achieve the sustainable design.
As Islamabad's architecture is a combination of modernity and old Islamic and regional traditions.On the other hand it is necessary to introduce sustainable design in city. The Saudi-Pak Tower is an example of the integration of modern architecture with traditional styles. The beige-coloured edifice is trimmed with blue tile works in Islamic tradition, and is one of Islamabad's tallest buildings. Other examples of intertwined Islamic and modern architecture include Pakistan Monument and Faisal Mosque.

The objectives of my project are:
Þ Access of the building would be given prime importance such that it should be easily reachable from all parts of the city.

Þ The new building will be capable enough to meet the present challenges.

TITLE:Revival of lost culture,heritage& values
(An architectonical& Cultural complex)
INTRODUCTION:
The aim of this project is to empowering our community through art &culture.Lahore is the capital of the Pakistani province of Punjab and the second largest city in Pakistan, The city lies along the Ravi River, situated approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) from the Wagah border crossing and is 32 kilometres (20 mi) from the Indian city of Amritsar.
Historically, Lahore has been a center of cultural heritage for many civilizations.Lahore is also referred to as the cultural heart of Punjab as it hosts most of the arts, cuisine, festivals, film making, music, gardening and intelligentsia of the country.The intention of the project is to celebrate the city past and attempt to remake the future.
To identify and enhance the cultural importance of Lahore,it is necessary to construct an art and cultural hub for the visitors.It is in the best interest of an undeveloped city to establish a cultural complex of such type which promotes commerce and activity, and therefore generates a characteristic liveliness and community identity.
FEASIBILITY:
The addition of a sustainable multi-use building in the heart of Lahorereinvents the area as a more culturally diverse precedentfor further downtown redevelopment.” I am proposing a developmentwith mixed-uses such as mixed-income living, lifestyle-oriented andspecialty retail, multi-cultural center, entertainment (small lounge/bar),and public and private roof terrace gardens; I will also be creating anode (plaza) for the public transit system.

INTRODUCTION:
Lahore is enrich by historical importance in country but some terrorist activities almost take away the intention of tourist toward historical buildings.In this scenario,the goal of the project is to evoke tourist attraction in historical city of Lahore.

Goal of the project is to provoke tourist attraction in the Faisalabad which is the industrial hub of country.

TITLE:Olympic city, Islamabad (An icon of sport)
FEASIBILITY:
In the modern world of technology and advancement, the use of physical energy through different sports and games are still iconic for the nations. From very past sports and entertainment facilities are common.
In our country, unfortunately, the scope of sports and games are not so flourished and thus it results in unpleasant performances of our players in the international events. The basic thing is that the players do not have good facilities of sports especially if talking about the training institutes; they are not performing according to the international standards.
Pakistan is a developing country and in a country like Pakistan there is always a need of projects like this. To achieve sports complex, there is a need of architectural consultancy.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROJECT:
Þ To provide a multipurpose stadium (football, hockey and athletics).
Þ To provide place for indoor games (badminton, table tennis etc.)
Þ To provide a training center for athletes.
Þ Make a community place around the stadium which could be used as an shopping and recreation place not only in sports event days.
Þ To make a place where youngsters can come for trials.
