PROBLEM STATEMENT
Social interaction is vital to human health, both mentally and physically. It is important for people to feel accepted and understood. Sharing of common experience and creative dialogue is essential for self discovery. Rather than seeing social interaction is a worthwhile part of our life, it is taken as a dry formal obligation, today. The more privatized the psyche, the less it is stimulated. It is imperative to understand the significance of shared experience and interaction. To stimulate, the mind moves between observation and interpretation, conditions can be created to fascinate the mind, making things strangely familiar. So the diversity in the experiences of individual man makes communication necessary and consensus possible.
Edutainment is about making the learning experience fun for adults. It has observed that many of people’s best learning experiences come when they are engaged in activities that they enjoy and care about. People view education as a bitter medicine that needs the sugar-coating of entertainment to become palatable. So there is a need of that space in which people can get education through fun and entertainment.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
· Spaces to serve the dual purpose of accommodating the social interaction among youth and providing instructional classes all conducted by young people.
· Encourage creative thought.
· Spaces where youth can express and manifest what they perceive through observation and experience.
· The centre should act as a platform for interactivity.

Country club and recreational centre.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Golf in Pakistan is the only game in which Pakistan literally started from a scratch. The game was introduced and patronsied in the Sub-Continent by the British. After partition a big void was created and the game might have been extinct in Pakistan had not we had a few die-hards who made an enormous effort to keep the game alive.
Now-a-days in our busy routine one cannot afford time to go at different places for recreation and entertainment. Country club and recreational centre provide a wide range of facilities to attract and satisfy members.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
· It also provide practice of martial art.
· Provide hospitality to members and guests such as a restaurant and bar.
· Provide suitable accommodations for host-catered events, such as weddings, conferences.
· Provide shopping facility.

International art gallery and exhibition centre.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Art making evolved as a behavior that contained advantages for human survival. We use art to mourn, celebrate, calm, and invigorate. Thus, art evolved along with our species as we continued to make things, and our world, special. The exhibition center provides most convenient and flexible spaces for hosting indoor as well as outdoor events. At the exhibition center the people will get every kind of services to enjoy comfort while visiting the fair. There is a need of art galleries and exhibition centre to promote our culture and art.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
· Art gallery, primarily concerned with providing a space to show works of visual art.
· Exhibition halls
· It can also be used as music concerts and poetry readings.
