PROPOSAL # 1

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

“In various cities throughout the country there is an ever mounting amount of urban spread out in shape of commercial and retail growth. Huge market is in search of the best openings to sell their commodities and services. As this country’s population grows, there is also a rise in luxury hotel demand especially in the new developing areas which are almost turning into large towns and cities”

PROJECT TITLE:

·         5 star hotel

INTRODUCTION:

Architecture now days have become very utility oriented due to constraints of the current times. Practicing and producing “functional architecture” is not at all wrong but the word “function” itself is very involuntary. The basic objective is to create spaces which are not categorized by its volume and magnitude rather they should be acknowledged by their spatial experience. These type of experiences are critical for such type of building program involving leisure of tourism and extremity of action. Incorporating human sensorial characteristic will not only argument the user experience but it will also increase the architectural character of spaces. I want to design a building which will provide a sense of belonging to the people through its form, planning, material and decoration

This type of design project and building typology is more suitable to explore the impacts of architecture on human being and then apply it on spaces and overall architecture.

SCOPE OF PROJECT:

·         Will cater all the facilities of a luxury 5 star hotel.

·         Will incorporate best views and aesthetics

·         It will follow the form which will b responsive to the user’s.

PROPOSAL # 2

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

With the time our country is losing its identity because we have lost our heritage and culture. The upcoming generations are not given the knowledge of our traditional cultures and of our real heritage. The neglectance from our Government to conserve the protected ones is rising to its peak. Through architecture we narrate history of people to whom the architecture belongs. It is a “three dimensional display of the strong roots of a person”

PROJECT TITLE:

·         Cultural Museum

INTRODUCTION:
The project will focus on the development and promotion of diminishing art and culture. It would not only promote the gradually fading identity but it would also attract both international and local tourists to get familiar with our heritage.

“Create A Place That Reflects Culture And Heritage”

Through architecture we narrate history of people to whom the architecture belongs. It is a “three dimensional display of the strong roots of a person”. There would be an interactive display and creative spaces for users. The building will support the development and transmission of knowledge, skills, values and cultures as well as the opportunity for the users to experience their own identity. There will be the physical manifestation of the cultures as well. Though an adaptable design the relationship of spaces and vice versa shall be strengthened. This shall result in an expression of museum which will explore the connection between the generation and their heritage.

SCOPE OF PROJECT:

PROPOSAL # 3

PROBLEM STATEMENT:

No steps are taken up for the saviour of our poor family children as population is increasing day by day and the number of organizations working for the rehabilitation of the orphans and poor children are few which are not enough to overcome this rapid problem in our country.

PROJECT TITLE:

·         SOS Centre

INTRODUCTION:

My mission is to make the lives of children complete, give them the confidence to dream about life, and strength to make them happen. Once a child's materialistic needs are satisfied, then there should be a comprehensive rehabilitation work going on with these children to restore and give a safe and secure childhood to them.

Healthy activities encourage the mood, creating a mental ‘high’, inspiring confidence and a feeling of overall fitness and relaxing impact. The centre would be providing opportunities for the poor and disabled children to develop their physical and social, exciting and cognitive abilities and to experience achievements, leisure, friendship and leadership. The centre would be acting as a platform to boost up and improve the mental and physical level of children. It is about securing the life of them.
