The client for this project is IBIS Hotels. Ibis is an international hotel company, owned by Accor hotels. It has 800 hotels in 40 countries around the world.

INTRODUCTION:

This architectural project will be a unique economy hotel renowned for its quality product and service offered. Target clients will be business and leisure travelers. Construction and designing techniques will be according to the standards of IBIS hotels.

PROJECT BRIEF:

This project is a Low budget hotel consisting of 200 rooms and allied facilities according to the Standards of IBIS hotels.

ALLIED FACILITIES:

·         Restaurants and dining facilities

·         Recreational and entertainment facilities

·         Conference facilities

·         Transport facilitates to and from the hotel

TARGET AND USER:

The target users are tourist from all around the world, local tourist seeking for leisure and comfort and business men.
