SYNOPSIS

The three topics which I chose for thesis are:

·         ENTERTAINMENT CITY

·         HOTEL (INSPIRED BY CRUISE SHIP)

·         AQUA-MARINE MUSEUM

Moreover, other options which came to my mind were

·         ARTISANS VILLAGE

·         AIR FORCE MUSEUM

ENTERTAINMENT CITY:

In Pakistan Entertainment zones are very less, Even Parks are very less and they do not fulfill the leisure requirements.

There is no opportunity for tourists to come…..

In such a situation people getting stressed and over burdened with work……they need a “BREAK”…….

They need a break from the daily hectic routine of life…they need a place to forget all the tensions of life…….

So here comes the……… “ENTERTAINMENT CITY”………..

HOTEL (INSPIRED BY CRUISE SHIP):

The project is considered due to lack of land.

The unique thing about the project is that the cruise ship would be on land. We usually see the cruise  sailing around in water but this would be a unique and different concept with the cruise being on land and having same compacted features of the cruises for the accommodation purposes which would infact save space…and ultimately less land usage. In fact it would have all the facilities of a four star hotel.

AQUA-MARINE MUSEUM:

IN Pakistan there is no aqua marine museum. The project is basically to open new horizons of water animals…the different species of marine mammals which is just a mystery for a common man ….now is able to discover and experience sea life…..in front of him growing..plus the species which are locally found in Pakistan…so that people know about their own country.

The site would be in Karachi. It would include other water activities as well.
